Since 2012 we have been responsible for the representation of Alexion Pharmaceuticals (US), specializing as the manufacturer of high-end ultra-orphan medications. We distribute all three special products of their range.
Since 2018 we have been responsible for the representation of Aegerion/Amryt (US) in Hungary, an orphan medication manufacturer pharmaceutical company.
UniCorp Biotech plays an important role in introducing and marketing innovative medicines for treating infertile couples since almost 20 years now. As a part of this we are representing in Hungary a recombinant FSH product called Ovaleap of Theramex Pharma since 2019. Theramex Pharma is one of the leading companies in the field of women’s health.
Since 2013 we have been distributing the product used to improve microcirculation manufactured by the Italian large company formerly named Alfa Wassermann (IT). The company’s merger with Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals has opened the possibility to launch further excellent products in Hungary.
In 2015 we became the representative office of Mylan Medical (US), part of Mylan, manufacturing innovative products. Cystistat, Suplasyn 2ml, Suplasyn 1-shot.
Since 2014 we have been providing exclusive representation to the Neuromodulation division of Abbott (US, former St. Jude Medical), thereby making innovative medical devices in the field of deep brain stimulation and spinal cord stimulation available to Hungarian institutes.
We started to distribute the products belonging to the Abbot Structural Heart portfolio in 2015.
These devices can be introduced by transcatheter technology, i.e. without cardiac surgery, offering effective solutions for patients with certain types of heart valve diseases.
Since 2021, we are the exclusive distributor of the Abbott Cardiac Rhythm Management & Electrophysiology product portfolios offering the most innovative device therapies for hearth arrythmia.
Since 2018, our company has been distributing the spine-, oral- and maxillofacial-, thoracic- and neurological portfolios of Zimmer Biomet, a company that was established in 1927 and has been continuously developing ever since. With a great selection of implants, we offer comprehensive and innovative solutions to the most diverse surgical challenges. The ROSA neurosurgical robot enables brain and spine surgery done more rapidly and more precisely than ever.
Since 2014 we have been providing representation to Inomed GmbH, headquartered in Germany. As an innovative company, a worldwide leader with its neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery, and pain therapy portfolios, has been present in the market for 25 years and is committed to manufacturing the highest quality products.
In 2016 we kicked off the Hungarian representation of Berlin Heart, a world-class manufacturer of artificial hearts. The artificial heart, manufactured by Berlin Heart, essentially takes over the heart’s function and, acting as a pump, ensures blood flow in paediatric and adult patients awaiting heart transplant.
Between 2003 and 2009 (until the acquisition by Merck), we provided representation in Hungary to the Swiss pharmaceutical company’s products manufactured by recombinant DNA technique. Hormone containing medications used in the treatment of infertility, human growth hormone, beta interferon used in the treatment of multiple sclerosis and a humanized monoclonal antibody used in the therapy of psoriasis were the major biological therapeutics in our portfolio.
Between 2006 and 2014 (until the acquisition by Bayer AG) we provided representation in Hungary to the entire dermatological portfolio of the pharmaceutical company, originally owned by Schering.
We launched the first biosimilar recombinant FHS product (a hormone medicine used in the treatment of infertility) in Hungary providing representation to Finox Biotech (CH). It was one of our most successful biological medication between 2014 and 2017. The company has been acquired by the Gedeon Richter pharmaceuticals in 2017, which has been providing representation to the product in Hungary ever since.
MAGYAR
